Sand Wellness Retreat - Middle Gobi Desert
Single €3,390 · Duo €3,090 per person
About Tour
A fourteen-day retreat set in the quiet, open space of the Middle Gobi. The days move between sand wellness, stillness, and four days of structured shamanic training - a transformational journey rather than a sightseeing itinerary.
Sand wellness uses the warm mineral sand of the desert to draw out tension and restore the body's balance. Sessions are held in the early morning and late afternoon, with periods of silence in between. The four days of shamanic training, led by Shaman Bulgan Windhorse, introduce drum journeys, ceremony, and the cosmology that underpins Mongolian spiritual life.
The retreat is suitable for anyone seeking rest, reflection, and genuine contact with the land. No previous practice is required - only openness and a willingness to live simply for a while.
