Who we are

Mongolian Spiritual Tours is a tour operator based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, offering spiritual journeys, retreats, and travel logistics for individuals, groups, and visiting teachers. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your inquiry and organise your travel:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and country of residence.
• Trip details: preferred dates, group size, retreat or tour of interest, and the message you send us.
• Travel documents where a booking is confirmed: passport details, insurance details, and emergency contact.
• Health and dietary information you choose to share so we can keep you safe and comfortable.
• Basic technical data from your visit to this website, such as pages viewed and approximate location.

How we use your information

We use your information to reply to inquiries, prepare quotations and itineraries, confirm bookings, arrange permits and domestic transport, and keep you informed before and during your journey.

With your consent we may occasionally send you news about upcoming retreats. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the partners who deliver your journey: guides, drivers, ger camps and hotels, domestic airlines, and permit authorities. We also use trusted service providers for email and inquiry management.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for up to three years so we can follow up on your plans. Booking and accounting records are kept for as long as Mongolian law requires, usually seven years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@mongolianspiritualtours.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Inquiries submitted through this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. Only team members who need your details in order to organise your journey can see them.
