About Retreat

A complete training in one journey

Mastership Your Emotions is a fourteen-day intensive retreat that condenses the full one-year Mastership Emotions program into a single, immersive journey.

Guided by Wisdomkeeper Bulgan Windhorse - a traditional Mongolian shaman, healer, and wisdomkeeper from the hereditary Khalkh family lineage - the training carries the line teachings of the Mongolian Altai shamanic light-being tradition.

Four totem teachings

Over four totem teachings - Eagle and Condor, Wolf and Condor, Bear and Condor, and Owl and Condor.

You will discover your personal medicine wisdom and healing abilities, sharpen your original spiritual abilities through awareness, intention, and perception, and learn to be aware of your emotions - past, present, and future.

You will learn how to be an aware being in your daily life and to have a stable, emotional, mindful life.

Awareness as the center

The center of the training is to be aware of what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how you are doing it.

Once the journey has started, the past becomes a wisdom. Here and now - and who you decide to be. Each session is dedicated to specific shamanic rituals, ceremonies, and themes from the Mongolian Altai tradition.

Transformation of patterns

Through powerful rituals, workshops, and individual sessions, you will learn to change destructive patterns in your family line, friendships, partnerships, career, and your relationship with yourself and your past.

No previous experience is required - only openness and commitment to the work.
